Exciting news! MBCI television visited MUKEBO innovation case to learn and document the vegetable preservation technology. The farmers demonstrated how to use the manual solar dryers to preserve their crops and reduce food waste. Seed saving especially for the neglected crops was also demonstrated. It was great to share their knowledge and experience with others and to showcase the importance of sustainable farming practices. We hope their story can inspire others to adopt similar practices and help build a regenerative and inclusive food system.
